Pourquoi Pas Toi ?
A choreographied dance piece by Anne Collod inspired by Cleary/Connolly's interactive video works exhibited at the Children's Gallery, at the Pompidou Centre, Paris with four composed variations of Claude Debussy's « Prélude de l’Après Midi d’un Faune » by DinahBird and Jean-Philippe Renoult. Performed 20th December 2008.
For leading French dancer and choreographer Anne Collod's carte blanche conceived for Cleary/Connolly's interactive exhibition Pourquoi Pas Toi? (Pompidou Centre) we composed four variations of Debussy's « Prélude de l’Après Midi d’un Faune " using fragments from a recording on a 78" made in 1930s. Each variation tried to capture the mood and atmosphere created by the Anne Collod's performance in each installation.
